Coleman Health Services seeks a dynamic, positive, and outgoing Regional Executive Director, Clinical Services (East) for our nationally recognized and rapidly growing community behavioral health system of 800+ employees headquartered in Kent, Ohio. This position will be managing Chief Officers for the following business units: Belmont, Harrison, Monroe Counties; Jefferson County; Trumbull/Mahoning Counties; Portage County; Summit/Richland Counties; Stark County Behavioral Health; Stark County Crisis Services; Stark County Social Services. The purpose of this position is to provide oversight of clinical behavioral health services to ensure compliance, financial sustainability, and opportunities for growth in accordance with ODBH, ODM, CARF, and Mental Health Board regulations for the assigned geographic region. This position will require travel to various county sites and has the ability to be based out of our Akron, Kent, or Ravenna office locations. This position is 100% in office unless travelling and pays $110,000.00 annually.
