Job summary

Coleman Health Services is seeking a Regional Executive Director, Clinical Services (East) to oversee clinical behavioral health services across several counties from an office in Kent, OH or Akron/Ravenna. This 100% in-office role requires travel to county sites and builds financial sustainability, compliance, and growth.

The ideal candidate has an Ohio license in a behavioral health field, 10 years in the field with 5+ years of supervisory experience, and strong collaboration skills with

Qualifications

• Active licensure in Ohio (LPCC/LISW/LISW-S/LIMFT or psychologist).
• 10 years in behavioral health with at least 5 years in clinical supervision.
• Knowledge of ODM, ODBH, CSWMFT rules; EHR experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities for regions and units.
• Collaborate with Mental Health Boards and Chief Officers to meet goals.
• Partner with Operations, IT, HR, Compliance, and Fiscal.
• Participate in Clinical Council and monitor performance reports.
• Work with grants team on procurement and outcomes.
