Coleman Health Services in Lima, Ohio seeks a Nurse Director for Intensive Crisis Services. Lead 24/7 nursing operations, oversee staff, and ensure high-quality crisis care within a compassionate, evidence-based framework.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted Ohio RN license.
• Experience in Crisis Services or inpatient psychiatry.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Obtain an NPI number and Ohio Medicaid number.
• Willing to complete background check, drug/TB screening, and driving checks.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight of 24/7/365 nursing operations.
• Ensure safe management of high-risk patients (suicidal/homicidal).
• Hire, onboard, and supervise RNs, LPNs, MHTs, and others as assigned.
• Provide direct client services including assessment, progress monitoring, medication management, and linkage to services.

Nurse Director, Intensive Crisis Services

Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized nonprofit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a Director of Nursing to join our team in Lima, Ohio where you will help us shape the future of local behavioral healthcare by providing compassionate, evidence-based crisis support to our community. The position has a first shift, Monday-Friday schedule, but requires flexibility to adjust working hours as needed to accommodate operational requirements, special projects, or unforeseen business needs.

Job Duties:

• Provide direct oversight of 24/7/365 nursing operations
• Ensures safe management of suicidal, homicidal, and high-risk patients
• Hire, onboard, and supervise RNs, LPNs, Mental Health Technicians, and others as assigned
• Provide direct services for clients as needed, including assessment, monitoring progress, medication management, and linking to services

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have unrestricted Ohio RN License
• Must have experience with Crisis Services or inpatient psychiatry
• A valid Ohio driver's license and excellent driving record
• Obtain an NPI number and Ohio Medicaid number.
• Must be willing to complete and have favorable results for criminal background check, drug/TB screening, and driving check if selected for the position.

Preferred Qualifications: (This may or may be added based on position)

• Experience in crisis receiving or stabilization settings
• Experiences with regulatory surveys
