Job summary

Coleman Health Services in Lima and Bellefontaine, Ohio seeks a Director of Mobile Response and Stabilization Services to lead mobile teams across Allen/Auglaize/Hardin and Logan/Champaign counties. You will manage clinical and administrative operations and drive crisis response to reduce youth hospitalizations and out‑of‑home placement.

The role offers an $80,000 annual salary with full benefits, including health/dental/vision, FSA, wellness reimbursement, PTO, and a $2,000 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field required.
• LPCC-S or LISW-S licensure preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in the mental health field.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision.
• Oversee program administration and development.
• Provide clinical leadership and direction.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial and marketing needs for designated counties.
• Collect data and maintain fidelity of the program.
• Engage with local ADM Board and community partnerships.
• Some on-call responsibilities may be required.

• Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized nonprofit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a Director of Mobile Response and Stabilization Services to join our teams in Lima and Bellefontaine, Ohio where you will manage the mobile response teams of Allen/Auglaize/Hardin counties and Logan/Champaign counties. This program is designed to reduce youth hospitalization and out-of-home placement. Job Duties

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field

• 2 years' or more experience in the mental health field
• Willing to get NPI and Medicaid Billing number (we'll help!)
• Valid driver's license and maintain excellent driving record
