Job summary

Coleman Professional Services, located in Warren, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Director of Behavioral Health Services to supervise our behavioral health staff and oversee key service areas within Trumbull and Mahoning Counties.

This role requires administrative and clinical supervision, monitoring productivity, and ensuring compliance. Qualified candidates must hold an LISW-S or LPCC-S certification and possess or obtain necessary accreditation numbers. Qualifications

• Must have an LISW-S, LPCC-S, or be able to obtain licensure in 90 days.

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health, mental health and rehabilitation programs, seeks a full time Director of Behavioral Health Services in our Warren and Youngstown, Ohio offices. We provide services for Trumbull and Mahoning Counties.

Duties include:

• Administrative and clinical supervision of our behavioral health staff
• Monitoring the key indicators for the aforementioned service areas;
• Coordinating with supervisors and other staff and managers to address continuous improvements;
• Weekly review of productivity of supervisees;
• Monthly review of compliance data of supervisees;
• Participating in key meetings and groups related to those service areas.
