The role requires multi-unit regional experience with an established restaurant group and a strong focus on purchasing, quality control, and training to standards, with 80% travel.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and outstanding relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• Culinary Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• ACF Certification will receive special consideration.
• Multi-unit regional experience with an established restaurant group.
• Proficient in purchasing, quality control, and training to standards.
• 80% travel is required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees policies, objectives, and initiatives for region.
• Optimizes people, processes and systems for improved resident experience.
• Formulate and sustain optimal relationships across the business.
• Influence and coach others through relationship building.
• Set clear, high expectations with execution and accountability.
• Interview, hire, and train employees.
• Conduct site visits to ensure programs meet operational standards.
• Empower employees and help them pursue their best version.
