Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience in high-quality food service environments.
• Experience leading kitchens at a high level and opening programs from scratch.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing food costs and P&L.
• Ability to travel up to 85% for deployments across locations.
• Must be based near an airport or have easy access to major hubs.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior culinary leadership across the region during deployments.
• Stabilize kitchen operations during leadership gaps or service challenges.
• Ensure food quality standards, safety, and cultural/dietary inclusivity across programs.
• Open new locations and support program initiatives and culinary SOPs.
• Drive purchasing decisions, cost discipline, and culinary team development.
