Job summary

Eurest USA is seeking a Regional Chef to lead culinary programs across a territory, guiding new concepts, menu development, cost controls, and standards. The role requires partnering with leadership to ensure quality and consistency in corporate dining environments.

The Regional Chef will oversee training, implementation of new dishes, and the rollout of facility design while traveling 50%–75% to support multiple sites. Strong culinary leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent culinary leadership experience required.
• Proven track record in multi-unit food service management.
• Serv-Safe Certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Orientates new Chefs within Core Culinary Standards and programs.
• Maintains Culinary Programs and Standards across the home account.
• Supports new account openings or renovations within the territory.
• Provides Culinary Leadership to Chefs within the Territory.
• Assists with training and development of Culinary staff.
• Completes reports and Core Culinary Reviews on time.
