Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Regional Chef to lead culinary programs across a territory. You will design and implement new concepts, develop menus, and train chefs to maintain high culinary standards. The role focuses on innovation, cost controls, and supporting new facility rollouts.

Travel is extensive (about 75%), and you will interact with leadership teams to ensure consistent execution of programs and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelors or equivalent education in culinary arts or related field.
Five years of progressive food service production management experience.
Multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
Serv-Safe Certification.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Webtrition software.
This role requires 75% travel.

Responsibilities

Orientates new Chefs within Core Culinary Standards and established food programs.
Maintains all Culinary Programs and Standards at home account to Culinary Center for Excellence level.
Supports new account openings and renovations within the territory.
Provides Culinary Leadership to Chefs within the Territory.
Assists with training, coaching, and development of Culinary personnel.
Completes all required reports and Core Culinary Reviews timely.
Communicates with Corporate Executive Chef, Regional Director of Operations, and unit Chefs.
