Qualifications

• High School Diploma; related technical degree preferred
• 1+ years’ experience in automotive or electrical industries
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel/Word/TEAMS)
• Analytical approach to problem solving
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to travel for training and field service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles and subsystems
• Represent Orange EV professionally with customers and partners
• Use Remote Monitoring System to plan service and prioritize needs
• Record all service activity in the service record-keeping system
• Coordinate with customers and third-party service providers
• Support sales and marketing with technical knowledge
• Plan and execute regional service strategy with the team
• Assist with site charging infrastructure logistics and costs
• Travel for initial training and ongoing field service goals
