Orange EV in Kansas City invites a technically minded professional with supervisory capabilities to join the Service Team. This role reports to the Regional Service Manager and supports a defined US region, with location flexibility within the territory.

You will lead technicians, schedule daily work, manage the service budget, coordinate parts and invoices, and serve as the primary contact for warranty and PM services with customers.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge in automotive, heavy equipment, or electric vehicles.
• Experience supervising a team and managing schedules.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with technicians and customers.
• Lead technician hiring and annual reviews.
• Manage regional service budget and expenses.
• Schedule daily work and dispatch technicians.
• Coordinate parts identification, sourcing, and invoices.
• Provide technical and logistics support to regional technicians.
• Serve as first contact for warranty and non-warranty requests; coordinate PM services.
• Participate in regional leadership meetings.
