Orange EV is seeking a technically minded professional to join the Service Team in the Chicago region. The role combines supervision, scheduling, budgeting, and customer liaison to ensure timely maintenance and service delivery.

You will lead technicians, guide the hiring process, manage expenses and PTO, dispatch field work, and provide technical and logistics support to regional technicians. The successful candidate will excel at building relationships with customers, drive service excellence,

Formación

• Technical Knowledge of Automotive, Heavy Equipment, or Electric Vehicles.
• Supervisory Experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Supervisory role: lead technicians and manage region.
• Build relationships with technicians and customers.
• Lead new technician hiring.
• Manage regional service budget.
• Dispatch and schedule technician work.
• Review and input closed ticket information.
• Provide technical and logistics support to regional technicians.
• Serve as first contact for warranty/non-warranty requests and schedule PM services.
• Promote maintenance labor and parts sales.
