Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead regional estimating and ensure accurate proposals across multiple service lines. This role demands a strong focus on estimating excellence and team leadership, and you will report directly to the VP of Pre-Construction.

The position requires 7-10 years of experience in estimating and pre-construction as well as the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are crucial for maintaining client relationships and leading estimating teams.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in estimating and pre-construction, including leadership responsibility of at least 5 years.
• Proven experience in overseeing multi-discipline/service line estimating efforts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all regional estimating efforts across multiple service lines.
• Ensure all estimates and pursuits comply with FRS, Salesforce, and Loenbro pre-construction standards.
• Participate in Go/No-Go decision-making and run bid reviews.
