Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in project management or estimating roles.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to identify constructability issues.
• Support estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and planning.
• Prepare and lead detailed estimates and final project budgets.
• Manage external design teams and ensure estimate accuracy.
