Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an Environmental Social Governance / Corporate Social Responsibility Lead for the USA. This full-time role drives the ESG agenda across the region, aligns with Global CR Framework, and manages governance, reporting, and regulatory risk.

Reporting to the Director of Economic and Social Impact, you will lead regional CR/ESG strategy, coordinate disclosures, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver social value and responsible delivery across programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in ESG, sustainability, CSR, or responsible business.
• Experience in professional services, construction, infrastructure, real estate or advisory envs.
• Strong governance, reporting and regulatory awareness.
• Knowledge of ESG standards (GRI, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISSB).
• Excellent communication and client-centric, commercially aware approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive CR and ESG accountability and leadership with key stakeholders.
• Act as the in-region CR/ESG lead developing regional implementation strategies.
• Embed and maintain compliance with Global CR Framework and ISO standards.
• Ensure regional CR/ESG practices comply with laws and regulations.
• Lead CR/ESG performance measurement, data governance, and reporting.
• Coordinate regional inputs into global CR disclosures and KPIs.
• Support ESG audits, reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Lead CR programs, community engagement, fundraising and social impact reporting.
