The role owns disclosures, reports, and product sustainability, partnering with marketing and global teams to communicate progress and align with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years in sustainability/ESG, preferably in chemical manufacturing or industry.
• Willingness to travel ~25% to support the role.
• Experience leading sustainability or ESG programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability strategy, governance, and external engagement.
• Own sustainability metrics, reporting, and data governance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering and Operations on sustainable product development.
• Engage with leadership, customers, and industry groups on sustainability.
• Manage projects and external consultants; track progress against goals.
