Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned Sustainability leader to oversee the regional Sustainability program within the construction division. The role drives ESG-aligned initiatives across Orlando and regional sites, collaborating with leadership to scale sustainable practices and reporting.

You will coordinate across departments, manage data, and mentor teams to advance Turner’s Sustainability goals while contributing to business development and client engagement. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental, or related field; 8+ years in construction or sustainability, or equivalent experience.
• LEED Accredited or LEED project experience is a plus.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities and timelines.
• Ability to collaborate across regions, functions, and external organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage regional Sustainability program aligned with ESG strategy and regional goals.
• Lead National Sustainability network to share best practices across regions.
• Coach and develop regional volunteer teams to support Sustainability strategy.
• Collaborate with departments to implement program and ensure accountability.
• Support data tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement of Sustainability efforts.
• Lead meetings, site visits, and design reviews to promote Turner Sustainability offerings.
