Job summary

Richemont Americas is seeking a Sustainability Manager to advance the regional ESG strategy across US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive circular economy projects, and ensure alignment with Group standards and external reporting requirements.

The role reports to the Head of Sustainability – Americas and requires strong collaboration with Maisons and Functions to improve risk management, disclosure, and performance in sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in environment/sustainability, business strategy, or operations.
• 5+ years’ experience in corporate ESG/sustainability strategy, standards and regulations, with focus on circular economy.
• Experience in a matrix organization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks like GRI, SASB, IFRS, TCFD, SBTi and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-of-life management and circularity projects across Richemont Maisons in the region.
• Develop and implement cross-functional ESG programs, monitor KPIs, and report performance.
• Develop ESG data response plans and regional sustainability reports following major standards.
• Educate stakeholders and develop training curricula on sustainability topics.
