Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Orlando, FL seeks a Regional Sustainability Lead to oversee and advance the company’s ESG strategy across projects and regions. You will partner with regional leadership to build volunteer teams, implement sustainability programs, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with Turner's ESG goals.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in construction or sustainability, a Bachelor's degree, and LEED accreditation (or equivalent experience). Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years in construction or sustainability.
• Experience with Sustainability topics and processes.
• LEED accreditation is desirable or LEED project experience.
• Project management experience to manage competing demands.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage implementation of regional Sustainability program, aligned with ESG strategy and region's goals.
• Participate in National Sustainability network to operationalize company strategy.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to coach volunteer teams supporting regional Sustainability.
• Collaborate across departments to implement program and foster teamwork and open communication.
• Provide sustainability subject matter expertise to support business development opportunities.
• Manage data tracking for Sustainability at department or project level and support annual reporting.
