Job summary

Benchmark Electronics seeks a Manager of ESG/Sustainability to coordinate data collection, reporting, and regulatory compliance across the business. This role leads the ESG/Sustainability Council and interfaces with senior leadership to ensure accuracy and continuity of programs.

The position drives environmental and social governance initiatives, tracking KPIs, and aligning disclosures with frameworks like GRI, SASB, and TCFD, while engaging with internal stakeholders and auditors.

Qualifications

• Experience with ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD).
• Ability to coordinate data collection, validation and reporting for ESG metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing ESG activities and maintain documentation.
• Collect, validate, and report ESG metrics (GHG, energy use, waste, DEI).
• Maintain ESG databases and dashboards for timely reporting.
• Gather information for sustainability disclosures and reports (CDP, EcoVadis, RBA SAQs).
• Prepare internal and external ESG communications and investor materials.
• Align reporting with GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and audit teams for data reviews and assurance.
