Job summary

Sigma Earth is seeking an ESG Supervisor to lead and develop comprehensive ESG and sustainability strategies for clients across both public and private sectors. The role includes guiding ESG requirements in tenders, contracts, and projects, and applying CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, and SFDR frameworks.

You will design, oversee, and deliver ESG consulting services and manage non-financial reporting aligned with CSRD/ESRS, GRI, and TCFD, including Double Materiality analysis and data quality oversight.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Corporate Governance, or related field.
• 3–4 years ESG-focused experience recommended; total experience 5–7 years preferred.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop ESG and Sustainability strategies for public and private sector clients.
• Guide ESG requirements in tenders, contracts, and projects including KPIs.
• Interpret CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, SFDR in contracts and programs.
• Design, oversee, and deliver ESG consulting services to clients.
• Plan and supervise Sustainability reporting to CSRD/ESRS, GRI, and TCFD.
• Conduct Double Materiality analyses and integrate findings into strategies.
