Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet regional goals.
• Manage Sales Representatives to drive market growth.
• Train and evaluate Sales Representatives; participate in hiring/promotions.
• Assign territories and deliver customer presentations; close deals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align incentives and forecast opportunities.
• Monitor market data, competition, and communicate with leadership.
