Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field with 12+ years industry experience including 5+ years as a project manager.
• Proven leadership with mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience leading substation and transmission/distribution projects in electric utility.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and structure EPC Project Management teams for a large regional portfolio.
• Oversee staffing, PM assignments, and portfolio profitability and controls.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across projects.
• Support business development, bid strategy, and contract management.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction for project success.
• Report monthly safety and financial performance to senior leadership.
