Job summary

New River Electrical Corporation is seeking a Regional Manager – EPC Project Management for an on-site role in Richmond, VA. You will lead and oversee turnkey EPC projects, including substation, transmission, and energy storage portfolios, with PM assignments, budgeting, and client relations.

You will develop tools, processes, and strategies to grow the EPC services business, manage risk, ensure on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvement across project controls, procurement, and safety

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or related field.
Minimum 12 years of industry experience with 5+ years in project management or 15 years in field construction with PM experience.
Proven leadership of diverse project teams and subcontracts.

Responsibilities

Recruit, structure, and manage EPC Project Management teams for the region.
Oversee budgeting, PM assignments, and portfolio P&L responsibilities.
Lead development and implementation of tools, processes, and policies for EPC services growth.
Manage safety, compliance, and project controls across multiple projects.
Engage with clients, vendors, and contracts to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
