Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Director, Regional Enterprise Sales Expansion to lead a North America Enterprise Expansion Sales team. You will drive revenue growth within existing accounts using a consultative, solution-based approach, focusing on cross-selling and expanding relationships for greater lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years leading enterprise technology sales teams.
• 1+ years leading sales leaders or multi-layered sales orgs.
• Proven track record exceeding revenue targets and growing relationships.
• Experience with pipeline development, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Strong executive-level communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop an enterprise sales team focused on expansion and upgrades.
