Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Director, Regional Enterprise Sales Expansion in North America. Lead a high-performing North America Enterprise Expansion Sales team to drive revenue growth within existing accounts through consultative, solution-based selling.

You will manage cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Sales Support to accelerate outcomes, ensure pipeline health, and deliver sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years leading enterprise technology sales teams in a consultative, solution-selling environment.
• 1+ years leading sales leaders and multi-layered sales organizations.
• Proven success exceeding revenue targets and growing customer relationships.
• Experience with pipeline development, forecasting and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of enterprise sales professionals focused on expansion and cross-sell in existing accounts.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and pipeline health through disciplined sales management.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and improve funnel conversion rates.
• Promote digital-first selling and adoption of modern tools.
• Collaborate across functions to accelerate outcomes and enhance customer experience.
• Recruit and develop top sales talent and strengthen internal networks.
• Leverage insights and relationships to identify growth opportunities.
