Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Director, Regional Enterprise Sales Expansion, to lead a high-performing North America Enterprise Expansion Sales team. You will drive revenue growth within existing accounts using a consultative, solution-based approach and cross-sell of strategic products and services.

You will partner with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and other teams to accelerate outcomes and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6+ years leading enterprise technology sales teams in a consultative environment.
1+ years leading sales leaders and multi-layered sales organizations.
Proven success exceeding revenue targets and driving sales performance.
Experience managing pipeline development, forecasting, sales execution, and metrics.
Strong communication, negotiation, and executive relationship skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
