Job summary

White Cap is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to staff, organize, and direct distribution center operations in the Atlanta region. You will partner with logistics and supply chain to establish budgets and drive continuous improvement across facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive regulatory knowledge (OSHA/DOT/ADA), and a track record in budget management and P&L oversight. On-site work in Atlanta, GA is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, organizing, and directing operations for large enterprise DCs and ship hubs.
• Partner with logistics and supply chain to establish operating budgets.
• Lead multiple facilities within a region while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Use data and analytics to drive process improvements in productivity and quality.
• Manage expenditures, asset use, and business reports to support the facility budget.
