Tire Rack is seeking an experienced Distribution Center Manager for the Atlanta Distribution Center. Lead a team, drive safety and performance, and shape a high-performing culture while delivering operational excellence.

You will oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, build leadership, and partner with leaders to align DC goals with company strategy. This role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop employees.

• Ability to build supervisory teams and identify future leaders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and processes.
