Typically 7+ years of experience in logistics or operations.
Spanish language skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

Reviews and manages EDC cost productivity and labor costs.
Plans and implements people strategy including recruitment and disciplinary procedures.
Provides effective leadership to multiple facilities within a region while ensuring OSHA/DOT/ADA compliance.
Uses data analytics to recommend process improvements and implements improvement action plans.
Manages the facility's financial operations by authorizing expenditures and monitoring budget.
Forges partnerships with key stakeholders across Finance, Purchasing, Transportation and Operations.
Develops and manages the facility's business plan to achieve goals and identify improvements.
