White Cap is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee a Customer Delivery Hub (CDH) within a defined region. You will manage fulfillment, inbound/outbound logistics, inventory, quality control, and the showroom, aligning with local branches and the corporate Supply Chain team to meet SLAs.

The role requires a BS/BA in a related discipline and 7+ years in operations or logistics, with strong budgeting, P&L, and regulatory knowledge.

Formación

• Extensive knowledge of operations processes.
• Supervisory or people management experience.
• Extensive OSHA, DOT, ADA regulatory knowledge.
• Senior management experience in operations/distribution/logistics/retail.
• Experience in budgeting, P&L management, regulatory compliance, and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all operational and resource management within a delivery hub.
• Drive productivity and ensure adherence to budgets and guidelines.
• Lead CDH teams while complying with health, safety, and regulatory policies.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team across the CDH.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to close gaps.
