White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. seeks an experienced distribution operations leader to staff, organize, and direct operations for large enterprise Distributions Centers (EDC) and Ship Hubs in the Atlanta area.

You will partner with logistics and supply chain management to set operating budgets, drive productivity, and lead multiple facilities within the region. This on-site role requires strong leadership, budgeting, analytics, and regulatory compliance experience in warehousing.

Qualificações

• BS/BA in a related discipline; typically 7+ years of experience.
• Certification may be required; advanced degree may offset less experience.
• Experience in logistics or operations within large, multi-shift distribution centers.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired and beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Staff, organize, and direct operations for large EDCs and Ship Hubs.
• Partner with logistics and supply chain management to establish operating budgets.
• Drive productivity to meet or exceed labor and delivery cost targets within budgets.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT, ADA and other regulatory compliance and safety policies.
• Develop, plan, and manage the facility's business plan to achieve goals and continuous improvement.
