A10 Networks is seeking a high-performing AI & Security Sales Regional Director to drive net-new revenue and accelerate adoption of AI, security, and application security solutions. This field-based, quota-carrying role requires building pipeline, engaging executives, and steering complex enterprise deals.

You'll partner with regional teams, sales engineering, channels, and product, while evangelizing AI capabilities and delivering business cases that connect security risk to measurable

Formación

• 8+ years of enterprise sales in cybersecurity, cloud, or AI tech.
• Proven quota attainment and net-new revenue generation.
• Experience building pipeline via prospecting and new customer acquisition.
• Knowledge of AI tech (generative AI tools, ML, LLMs).
• Strong cybersecurity fundamentals: data, network, cloud, risk.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder enterprise sales engagements.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience selling to CISOs, CIOs, and data science/security teams.
• Executive presence, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Self-starter in fast-paced, autonomous environments.
• Experience in high-growth or scale-up contexts.
• Exposure to VARs, cloud marketplaces, CSP partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional revenue target for AI & Security solutions with net-new pipeline ownership.
• Develop region GTM strategies focused on new customer acquisition and pipeline generation.
• Prospect into strategic accounts and engage CISOs, CIOs and security leaders.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline with coverage to hit targets.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from engagement to close.
• Develop business cases linking AI/security risks to measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to execute customer-specific strategies and plays.
• Identify whitespace and execute strategic AI & Security plays.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
• Articulate value of AI & security offerings and evangelize capabilities.
• Provide accurate forecasting and market insights to leadership.
