Job summary

Kennedy Jenks is seeking a Engineering Technical Services Regional Manager in Lakewood, CO to provide strategic leadership across our multidisciplinary technical services organization. This highly visible role aligns resources, supports project delivery, and develops future leaders.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 4+ years of leadership, a PE license preferred, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with roughly 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field required; master’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, and project teams.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Technical Services leaders and staff. (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, CAD, Architectural, Instrumentation & Controls)
• Manage performance of the Technical Services organization, ensuring resources are optimized to meet current and projected workload demands.
• Partner with business managers, project managers, and business development leaders to align resources and priorities.
• Support the successful delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects, promoting efficient design delivery in accordance with Kennedy Jenks' standards and procedures while maintaining compliance with the applicable standard of care.
• Promote technical excellence, quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration across disciplines, offices, and teams.
• Develop, mentor, and support current and future leaders.
• Support organizational growth, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
