Job summary

JLL is seeking an Engineering Lead/Regional Engineering Manager to oversee operations of building systems, safety programs, and capital planning across multiple sites. You will direct engineering teams, manage maintenance plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with the client and internal leaders.

The role requires 5+ years in building maintenance, strong CMMS and MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, or related field.
• 5+ years of applicable building repair and maintenance experience.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems and take corrective action.
• Proficient with CMMS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering Services at a site with multiple building types.
• Provide guidance to Chief Engineers on technical challenges.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the facility.
• Coordinate with Hard/Soft Services Leads and the IFM for work orders.
