Job summary

Vertiv Corporation in Ohio seeks a Regional Engineering Supervisor to support the Senior Engineering Manager by leading Engineering Studies and Protection and Controls. You will coordinate, strategize and grow the business units while mentoring engineers and ensuring timely, accurate project execution.

You will work with Service Center Managers, Sales and the Manila Team to drive pipeline growth, forecast reliably and manage costs, margins and utilization across the region.

Qualifications

• 10 years of Vertiv product knowledge and related engineering experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal skills.
• Technical leadership and development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineers focused on studies and protection & controls.
• Drive pipeline growth with Service Centers and Sales; forecast and close orders.
• Lead backlog reviews and ensure timely closure with accountable parties.
• Mentor team members and provide learning opportunities.
• Monitor costs, margins and utilization; implement efficiency measures.
• Work with the Manila Team for project execution support.
