Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) seeks a Senior Director of Engineering for the Northeast and Midwest regions. You will lead regional electrical and mechanical engineering activities, drive technical excellence, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver engineered service solutions across motor and generator repairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering is required.
• 10–15+ years of engineering experience in motor/generator repair, rewind, or manufacturing.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership roles with multi-site responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional electrical and mechanical engineering activities across Northeast and Midwest.
• Provide direct engineering support for large motor and generator repair, RCFA, redesigns, and upgrades.
• Drive ISO 9001 alignment, engineering standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Field Services, and Sales to grow engineered service offerings.
