Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to lead electrical and mechanical engineering excellence across the Northeast and Midwest, driving technical capability, quality, and profitable growth. The role partners with RGMs, Field Service, Quality, Supply Chain and Sales to deliver engineered solutions for repairs, upgrades, and turnkey services.

You will champion safety, standards, and continuous improvement while guiding a high-performing regional engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (required).
• 10-15+ years of engineering experience in motor or generator repair, rewind, or manufacturing.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership roles with multi-site responsibility.
• Experience in aftermarket/repair environments strongly preferred.
