Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) seeks an experienced Regional Mechanical Engineer to develop and manage repair work scopes for industrial motors, generators, and pumps. You will lead cross-functional teams, perform RCFA analyses, and support in-shop and field repairs while advising the Caribbean Sales team.

Candidates should have 10+ years in mechanical design/repair, a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, and strong CAD/FEA skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering; PE license preferred but not required.
• 10+ years in mechanical motor/generator/pump design, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead with regional electrical engineers to provide mechanical technical support to customers, repair shops, and field service activities.
• Interface with customers, troubleshoot equipment problems, perform testing and measurements, generate reports.
• Provide technical support to the sales team, participate in customer visits, provide training.
