Job summary

National Power, LLC is seeking an experienced CI Manager, Northeast, to lead the Critical Infrastructure team and drive profitable growth in the region. You will own regional pipeline development, estimating, and quoting, while guiding field execution teams to deliver value to customers.

The role emphasizes strategic account coverage, customer relationship expansion, and proactive opportunity development with cross-functional support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, sales, account management, project management, or related commercial role in critical infrastructure.
• Proven success in leading project execution teams and delivering profitable bookings.
• Experience preparing estimates, reviewing specs, and developing proposals for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed regional sales, revenue and operating profit goals for the Northeast region.
• Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned Northeast accounts.
• Develop and execute a regional sales plan to expand presence with existing and new accounts.
• Build relationships with customers, engineers, owners, and other decision-makers.
• Pursue new opportunities through prospecting and coordination with internal resources.
• Maintain full geographic coverage with regular customer visits and market activity.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations and capability discussions.
• Lead and develop project managers and field teams to deliver on-time, on-budget projects.
