Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrated team management or project leadership.
• Ability to apply sound engineering principles to operational/design issues.
• PM skills; Contract Administration; knowledge of codes/standards.
• Proficient in engineering economics.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team members across multiple plants to ensure optimal performance and resource projects.
• Oversee Project Engineering teams and capital/expense plans; manage direct reports from multiple disciplines.
• Manage an annual capital budget and partner with Plant Ops to boost performance.
• Identify M&E process gaps; drive continuous improvement across plants.
• Provide technical leadership for production technologies and safe, high-quality food production.
