This role requires 8+ years in engineering leadership, strong project management, and the ability to travel to multiple locations (approximately 50% of the time).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required, with 8+ years of related experience.
• Ability to lead and develop teams and manage multiple projects across locations.
• PM skills; Contract Administration; interpretation of national codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams covering multiple plants to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage capital/expense plans and resource allocation for priority projects.
• Provide technical leadership for production technologies and maintenance processes.
