Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate engineer with BSEE or higher; MSEE preferred.
• P.E. license is required or in good standing.
• Experience in the Industrial Service Industry.
• Strong communication, supervisory, organizational and management skills.
• Effective written and verbal client communication.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales, profit and quality of the area operation.
• Review and sign contracts per Limits of Authority.
• Promote new business with regional leadership and Marketing Services.
• Develop Area Profit Plan and review progress regularly.
• Lead management committee meetings for communication and progress.
• Oversee weekly invoicing and monthly status reports.
• Review and audit field jobs; supervise engineers and technicians.
• Performance reviews and salary change recommendations.
• Coordinate technical training for field personnel and career development.
• Develop and maintain Engineering Study Manual for procedures.
• Review field technical procedures and changes.
• Interview job applicants and review proposals/reports.
