Job summary

Trace3 is expanding its Enterprise Architecture leadership across primary domains such as Cloud, Data, AI, Security, Platform Engineering, and Integration. The Director will ensure architecture continuity across accounts and drive reference architectures, non-functional requirements, and credible technical outcomes.

The role remains hands-on—reviewing infrastructure-as-code and platform designs, stabilizing accounts, and guiding a cross-domain architecture bench to deliver on business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 12+ years in enterprise architecture or related roles.
• Strong executive communication and client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own account-level architecture continuity: current-state, target-state, reference architectures.
• Ensure multi-domain solution coherence across engagements.
• Review and provide feedback on key technical and architectural areas.
• Collaborate with peer Enterprise Architecture Directors to assemble the right team.
• Lead architecture decisions connected to business strategy and outcomes.
