You will oversee engineers and drafters, translating site requirements into precise designs and manufacturable solutions while driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with customers, sales, operations, and product development to ensure successful quoting, manufacturing, and installation.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and drafters

• Improve engineering execution through delivery metrics and standard work
• Partner with customers, sales, and operations to move projects from quote/design to manufacturing/installation
• Bring knowledge of civil site construction, manufactured products, and applicable codes and standards
• Drive continuous improvement, product standardization, and engineering best practices
