Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist in Tallahassee, FL. You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and community engagement, while supporting Sales, Physician Engagement, and Field Marketing teams.

You will coach teammates, participate in onboarding, manage event activations, and ensure CRM and reporting accuracy. Travel and evenings/weekends are required as part of events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field marketing, brand engagement, or community outreach.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness in an assigned zone.
• Support Sales, Physician Engagement, and Field Marketing teams.
• Coach and support team members through training and best practices.
• Onboard, train, reinforce processes, and maintain execution standards.
• Monitor CRM usage, reporting quality, and activity completion.
• Plan events, outreach, and partner with teams on calendars and campaigns.
• Represent Trulieve brands at community, retail, and industry events.
• Generate brand knowledge and educate customers/patients on products.
