Job summary

Trulieve, a leading cannabis company, seeks a Production Recruiter for a temporary role in Tallahassee, FL with remote flexibility.

You will own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume positions, partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and maintain compliant recruiting processes.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in recruiting, solid ATS/HRIS experience, and strong Excel skills. Salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
• 3+ years as a full-cycle recruiter.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting across varied positions.
• Background in retail/manufacturing/hospitality a plus.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS; SAP/SuccessFactors preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Highly motivated, confident, high-energy.
• Self-starter with deadline-driven results.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Organized with timely follow-up.
• Strong interpersonal skills for all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using effective outreach techniques.
• Coordinate phone screens and interviews via email, phone, and ATS tools.
• Facilitate reference checks and offer negotiations.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS/HRIS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on headcount planning.
• Track recruiting data to identify improvements.
• Represent the company at recruiting events and career fairs.
• Support additional recruiting efforts and projects as needed.
