Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist in Tallahassee, FL. You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and community engagement, while supporting Sales, Physician Engagement, and Field Marketing teams.

You will coach teammates, participate in onboarding, manage event activations, and ensure CRM and reporting accuracy. Travel and evenings/weekends are required as part of events.

Job description

• Drive customer acquisition, retention, localized marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and brand awareness across an assigned zone
• Support Sales, Physician Engagement, and Field Marketing teams
• Maintain ownership of an assigned zone while balancing working lead responsibilities
• Coach and support assigned team members through communication, field support, shadowing, and best-practice sharing
• Assist with onboarding, training, process reinforcement, and execution standards
• Support team planning, schedules, market priorities, event calendars, outreach plans, and follow-up expectations
• Monitor field execution, documentation, CRM usage, reporting quality, and assigned activity completion
• Identify performance trends, training needs, process gaps, and market opportunities; escape or recommend solutions
• Reinforce company priorities, compliance expectations, brand standards, promotional campaigns, and customer experience goals
• Serve as a communication bridge between team members and senior leadership
• Grow the customer and patient pipeline through community engagement, events, and local partnerships
• Generate brand awareness and product knowledge across the Trulieve portfolio
• Assess customer and patient needs to recommend appropriate products and resources
• Set up, execute, and break down event activations, educational displays, and product education stations
• Complete event reports, activity documentation, CRM updates, and required training
• Partner with sales and marketing teams on event calendars, educational initiatives, and promotional campaigns
• Conduct dispensary and associate education sessions and develop relationships with store leadership and staff
• Represent Trulieve brands at community, retail, and industry events
• Support customer acquisition through lead generation, educational outreach, and community engagement

Requirements

• 3+ years of field marketing, brand engagement, community outreach, or related experience
• High school diploma required
• Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
• Previous experience mentoring, training, leading projects, or supporting team development preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting broader team objectives
• Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
• Results-driven and passionate about customer engagement and brand building
• Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience planning and executing events, activations, and community outreach initiatives
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass Level 1 and Level 2 background checks
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to function independently and work effectively with team members, customers, and external partners
• Professionalism and sound judgment in public-facing environments
• Ability to move throughout facilities and event environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, patients, and team members
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform event setup and breakdown activities
• Sufficient visual and auditory acuity with or without accommodation
• Availability to work 45+ hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Frequent travel required
