Job summary

RMS Energy in Utah is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue and expand our footprint with industrial and commercial clients in the power services sector. You will build pipelines, tailor proposals to RFPs, and lead plans across the region, traveling frequently to client sites, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or a technical field.
• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in the energy or construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance across a U.S. region and meet targets.
• Develop annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with goals.
• Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified quotes and proposals.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and identify opportunities.
• Maintain strong communication with accounts and follow up on projects.
• Represent RMS Energy at trade shows and industry events.
• Create detailed proposals based on RFPs/RFIs or client requests.
• Track activity and forecasts in Zoho CRM.
