Job summary

West Monroe seeks a Senior Account Partner to lead the Utilities Practice on the Northeast and East Coast, originating and growing two to three large Northeast accounts while expanding national opportunities through the firm’s capabilities and network. You will assemble account, pursuit, and delivery teams, drive strategy, and deliver measurable client outcomes with deep industry fluency.

Qualifications

• Proven success developing executive-level client relationships, originating new business, and growing strategic accounts.
• Experience leading medium to large consulting teams and managing complex programs with multiple workstreams.
• Strong program and project management expertise, including scope, schedule, financial, risk, issue, stakeholder, and change management.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation.

Responsibilities

• Client Delivery: Lead executive relationships for two to three large Northeast utility clients and oversee delivery of transformation engagements (AMI, ADMS, FAN, DER, ERP, CIS, EAM).
• Business Development: Cultivate executive relationships, identify cross-functional opportunities, and manage full sales lifecycle across targets.
• Practice Development: Define strategic vision for national Energy & Utilities Practice and mentor consultants.
• Support delivery teams in leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and generate data-driven recommendations.
